Bought a nice used van. Jason insisted everything worked on van. Turned out everything did NOT work. Jason boss Manny had taken over at this point. Told us that in order to fix issues we would have to throw in some money. So, we fell for it, took vehicle in to be looked at for 4 issues. Charged us $60 To change a blown fuse for 1 issue. I called told Jason I wanted the keys to the van when I get to the door. He asked what's going on, let me get Manny. I shares some kind words. Jason hung up on me. Arrived at Sam Leman, No Jason, had to wait 15 minutes to show up. Manny told us Jason is looking at options to fix van. When Jason showed up he asked what is the problem. I shared more kind words. 22 minutes later we finally had the van back. As we leaving the showroom , Manny told us the van is being diagnosed as we speak. I shook the keys said, "yup". Unfortunately I do not have the time to type all the little but important details of the lies and b.s. they gave. So many lies were said that we caught them on. All in all I'm disappointed in Sam Lehman this is my third vehicle from them and I felt we were lied to over and over with no concern of customer care. 1 star is the least I can rate and it is 3/4 of a star to much. I hope other buyers do not have this experience !
