Robert was extremely thorough in his inspection of our new home. He explained everything as he walked us through his findings, while also answering our many questions. His report was very detailed, with pictures of each issue including description. It was apparent that he spent the time needed to inspect every corner of our new home. The final report ranked issues in need of repair due to severity, making it easy for us as buyers to request fixes from the seller. In our interactions with him we found him very friendly and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him and would use him again in the future.
