Feb, 04 2019Nick Fergel1My phone calls have never been returned by the owner/manager, ever. There were break-ins and attempted break-ins to units. They finally changed the gate code but never informed me by phone, email, or text... by any means, and I could not enter to get to my storage unit. When I went to Wilson Cycle, in person, he gave me the new code for the gate. Then I went to my unit and found it ransacked and robbed. The door had been pryed open, so the quality of lock did not stop them.
DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE!
